Yes, it is possible to rent a car if the client has a valid driver's licence, you must hire the additional service called "Minor Driver".
What is the rental cost if the driver is under 25 years of age?
The cost per minor drivers is $17.4 dollars per day (at the exchange rate).
What is the rental cost per additional driver?
The cost per additional driver is $142.18 MXN pesos per day.
